Naughty Dog Farm is dedicated to crafting homemade tallow lotion. Our tallow balm is carefully made with local beef suet, organic essential oils like frakincense, lavender, and eucalyptus, as well as organic coconut oil, rose hip oil, and argan oil. This exceptional blend serves as an excellent daily moisturizer for both the face and body.
In addition to our products, we are passionate about creating an informative blog covering all-natural supplements, farm-related topics, and other daily life subjects. Cody and Kaeti both work in the animal industry, Cody trains dogs and Kaeti runs a pet care business. They sell all natural petcare products by being a PetPro thru PawTree. and Cody created a no pulling leash that actually works called the Versa Lead. Naughty Dog Farm takes its name from Bentley, the beloved dog of the farm's owner's Kaeti and Cody. Bentley lived out his senior years being a grumpy old man on our property, the farm is not only a tribute to Bentley's memory but also a commitment to delivering top-notch, natural goods to our customers.
What Is Tallow Balm
You've probably heard about it and maybe even bought some at the store.. but what is is really?
Well, to be blunt... tallow is fat that comes from a cow. The best things in life are all natural and easily sourced. Not lab created, difficult to pronounce words, synthetic ingredients, but simple all natural, easily sourced ingredients. We source our suet from a local farm in Montana, melt it down with some water and salt, strain it and repeat the process a couple more times to take out any impurities. From there we add in our organic oils such as lavender, frankincense and rose hip oil along with some coconut oil and argan oil, whip it up and jar it!
Tallow is a great moisturizer since it closely mimics the skins natural sebum (our natural oils), being able to deeply penetrate to moisturize and smooth your skin. Tallow contains fat-soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K which helps support skin cell turnover and overall skin health for a healthy complexion. It will not clog your pores and is great for your face, hands, feet, legs (pretty much anywhere you need to moisturize!) Plus your tallow is shelf stable for over 1 year (but i doubt it'll last that long before you use it all!) So get a little naughty, naturally and shop our small business today!
